1. About Papers Plus Prep

Papers Plus Prep provides educational resources designed to support preparation for 11+ entrance examinations.

Our resources may include:

• Practice papers and question sets.
• Answers and worked solutions.
• School sample and past paper resources where available.
• Flashcards and revision materials.
• Educational guides and preparation resources.
• Downloadable digital learning materials.

Papers Plus Prep is an independent provider of educational materials and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board or school unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

Some features of the website may require you to create an account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Not allow another person to use your account without permission.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused or used in breach of these Terms.

3. Products, Prices and Payment

Product descriptions explain what is included with each resource.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and the total amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable taxes will be shown or included where required.

Payment must be successfully completed before a paid digital product is supplied.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Unless a product is specifically described as a physical product, products purchased from Papers Plus Prep are supplied digitally and no physical goods will be posted.

Following successful payment, purchased digital products are normally made available immediately.

You may receive access to your purchase through the order confirmation screen, your Papers Plus Prep account and/or an email containing the relevant download information.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that emails from Papers Plus Prep are not blocked by your email provider.

If you complete a purchase but are unable to access your files, please contact admin@papersplusprep.co.uk.

5. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

Our paid resources are digital products and are normally supplied immediately after successful payment.

Statutory cancellation rights for digital content are subject to the rules that apply to digital products supplied online.

Depending on the circumstances, cancellation rights may be limited once digital content has been made available or supply has begun.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

6. Refunds and Problems With Digital Content

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, cannot be accessed because of a technical problem with our service, or does not materially match its description, please contact admin@papersplusprep.co.uk.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, restore access or provide another remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Licence and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, purchasing a Papers Plus Prep digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for personal and non-commercial educational use.

You may download the product and print copies reasonably required for use within your household, including use by a parent or guardian helping their child with preparation.

You must not:

• Sell or resell any Papers Plus Prep digital product.
• Share purchased files with other households or unrelated users.
• Upload purchased files to websites, social media, messaging groups, shared drives or file-sharing services.
• Reproduce or distribute purchased materials commercially.
• Use a personal-use product to provide resources to multiple paying students unless the product specifically permits this.
• Remove copyright notices, branding or other ownership information.
• Claim Papers Plus Prep materials as your own work.

Separate licensing terms may apply in future to tutors, schools or other organisations.

8. Intellectual Property

Original Papers Plus Prep practice papers, questions, worked solutions, graphics, layouts, branding and other content created by us remain the intellectual property of Papers Plus Prep and/or its legal owner or licensors.

Where the website refers to or makes available third-party materials, including school or examination materials, ownership remains with the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the product in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website in a way that:

• Breaks any applicable law.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems.
• Introduces malware or other harmful code.
• Interferes with the security or operation of the website.
• Attempts to bypass restrictions placed on access to paid content.
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights belonging to us or another person.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the website or our content is being misused.

10. Educational Information and Exam Results

We take reasonable care when preparing our educational resources and aim to provide clear and accurate materials.

However, Papers Plus Prep does not guarantee admission to any particular school, examination result or level of academic performance.

Schools, examination providers and assessment formats may change their requirements from time to time. Parents and students should check current admission and examination requirements directly with the relevant school or examination provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and purchased resources available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a paid product, please contact us so that we can restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

12. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
